This is one of many news reports that came out late last night and today, all stating that PSH would be indicted for rape once the case is passed to the prosecutors. We don’t know what basis they have for these reports – maybe Western Police Station has been leaking as usual. But the fact that PSH’s lawyers issued their press release late last night must mean the situation is urgent.

Park Si Hoo will be remanded to prosecutors before the 4th, Park Si Hoo lawyers protest
Actor Park Si Hoo (35) who is accused of rape is expected to be remanded to the prosecution and indicted.
According to the police, most of their investigations concerning sexual assault are finished and as early as the 2nd and no later than the 4th, they will remand the case to the prosecution.
The police have concluded that sexual intercourse was by force, regardless of the intention of the woman, Complainant A.
The police opinion is based on the results of questioning Park Si Hoo and Mr. Kim, as well as the three-party cross-examination and the lie detector test conducted on all three on February 13 by the National Institute of Scientific Investigation.
On the 15th of February an aspiring actress A claimed to have been sexually assaulted by Park Si Hoo in his apartment after drinking and indecently assaulted by Kim and sued them at Western Police Station.
Park Si Hoo’s law firm PURME in a press release issued on March 31 said: “On the day of the incident, 2013.02.15, Complainant A consistently claims she was unconscious until 1 p.m. But our lawyers have obtained Kakao Talk records (attached) that during the two hours before leaving the Cheongdam-dong apartment, A exchanged messages with her mother, her dear friend B and an unidentified man 38 times, while A sent outgoing messages 24 times. So her claims that she was unconscious were false.”
