[Exclusive] Park Si Hoo appoints new law firm

ParK Si Hoo who was indicted without physical detention on charges of rape has appointed a new law firm.

According to judicial cirlces, Park Si Hoo has recently appointed a new law firm as co-counsel to PURME.  On April 16 Law Firm 충정 (Choong Jing)* confirmed with <oh my star>: “We are taking on the case.”

This Law Firm was founded in 1993 and specializes in corporate M & A and corporate restructuring, financial securities and project finance, as well as international trade.  Based on data of May 2012 from the Department of Justice, they are ranked among the top ten domestic law firm.

his is the third time Park Si Hoo has changed counsel.  In February, shortly after the incident, the Law Firm that originally represented Park Si Hoo was replaced by PURME which has been in charge until the case was remanded to the  prosecutors.  On April 16 PURME told <oh my star>: “We are in charge of the case.”

On the other hand, after a detailed police investigation into the alleged rape last February, Western Police Station remanded the case to the prosecutors in early April, based on: ”The victim’s statement is consistent with analysis of CCTV video analysis.”   Park Si Hoo was remanded to the prosecution for rape and semi-rape.

จากเหตุการณ์ล่าสุด หลังจากการแต่งตั้งสำนักงานกฎหมายที่อยู่ในอันดับต้นๆ ใน 10 ของประเทศ PUREUME กล่าวว่าจะเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบในคดีนี้ 

หลังจากที่โดนข้อกล่าวหาว่าล่วงละเมิดทางเพศ โดยไม่มีการควบคุมตัวตามกฎหมาย Park Sihoo ได้เลือก สำนักงานกฎหมายแห่งใหม่ เพื่อมาช่วยเป็นที่ปรึกษาร่วมกับ สำนักงานกฎหมายเดิมคือ PUREUME โดยจะมีการแต่งตั้งอย่างเป็นทางการเมื่อวันที่ 16 เมษายน 

โดยสำนักงานกฎหมาย Choong Jing จะเป็นผู้มาร่วมทำคดีต่อ จากการตรวจสอบ ของ Ohmayi Star ทีมทนายที่ทำคดีอาญายังเป็นชุดเดิม แต่สำหรับทีมชุดใหม่ มีความเชียวชาญเกี่ยวกับการให้ความร่วมมือ ด้านความปลอดภัยการเงิน และ การเงินของโครงการ และ การค้าระหว่างประเทศ โดยกล่าวกันว่า สำนักงานกฎหมายแห่งนี้ ติด 1 ใน 10 อันดับของสำนักงานทนายความที่ใหญ่ที่สุด ที่จัดอันดับโดยกระทรวงยุติธรรม 

ในส่วนของ Sihoo ที่ปรึกษาด้านกฎหมายเป็นการเปลี่ยน แปลง 3 ครั้ง นับตั้งแต่เกิดเรื่องเมื่อเดือน กุมภาพันธ์ หลังจากก่อนหน้านี้มีการแต่งตั้งสำนักงานกฎหมาย Huay สำนักงานกฎหมาย PUREUME จนกระทั้งคดีส่งไปยังอัยการ ได้แต่ตั้งทีมเพิ่มเติม Choong Jing ทั้งนี้ เมื่อวันที่ 16 เมษายน ทีมทนาย PUREUME กล่าวว่า เรายังคงรับผิดชอบคดีอยู่ โดยผลของคดีจะถูกส่งต่อไปยังทีมประชาสัมพันธ์ นอกจากนี้ยังไม่มีคำสั่งยกเลิกใดๆ จาก Sihoo เขากล่าว ทาง PUREUME จะทำงานร่วมกับสำนักงานทนายความที่แต่งตั้งใหม่ เหมือนเป็นตัวแทนร่วมกัน
