Park Si Hoo’s law firm PURME just issued another press release on the night of March 31.

Below is the press release of Park Si Hoo’s law firm PURME:

Title: Western Police Station has ignored key evidence 

1.  A statement of key evidence that contradicts complainant A’s claims has been submitted to the police.  On the day of the incident, 2013.02.15, at 1:10 to 2 p.m., before leaving the Cheongdam-dong apartment, complainant A consistently claims that she was unconscious.  But our lawyers have obtained Kakao Talk records (attached) that during this time A exchanged messages with her mother, her dear friend B and an unidentified man 38 times, while A sent outgoing messages 24 times.  So her claims that she was unconscious were false.

(2) Between A and B
(3) Between A and an unidentified man

2. The complainant A’s behavior after forced sexual intercourse (twice) should be to seek help immediately.  Instead she stayed for 2 – 3 hours after that and did not leave the Cheongdam-dong apartment until 2:40 p.m.  And then she exchanged all those messages with her mother, B, and an unidentified man, her conduct being contrary to commonsense.

Although our lawyers obtained the Kakao Talk records on Friday, March 29 and presented them to Western Police Station, our key evidence is ignored.  Therefore, we urge Western Police Station to exercise commonsense before sending case to the prosecutors.
