We urge for a fair game on Park Si Hoo's case

Dear: Member of Park Sihoo Thailand Fan club, international fans, and the authorities who involved with Park Sihoo’s case.

Regarding to news about Park Sihoo’s case and the latest press released on April 2, 2013, issued by the law firm PURME that show the sequence of events. It is indicated that the way of investigation officer are not fair and ignoring the evidence from the lawyer team of Park SiHoo given various evidence to prove that he is innocent. On the other hand, the police still decide to remand the case to the prosecutors and Park Sihoo will be indicted for rape, semi-rape and injuries-resulting-from-rape that are usefully for the plaintiff by conjecture. Although the case is summarized base on the results of the lie detector investigation, it cannot tell the preciseness.

All evidences from both sides should be included during the police investigation process but from the brief announcement from the police on April 2, 2013, the evidences they used to analyze the case were all in advantages of Miss " A " and completely ignored the evidences from Mr. Park Si Hoo's side. When his evidence shows the strong points of the case the police will response that it's not enough to prove anything. What's the standard of investigation process in South Korea? What is the rule of laws that the Western police can change any time they want to?

To protect the rights of the alleged Park Sihoo for obtain the justice and transparency in this case. We call on the Ministry of Justice and the relevant authorities as following:

1. Strongly favor for the prosecution team and judge that are neutral to responsibility in this case because it is interested by a lot of his international fans from over 176 countries.

2. We found that there are many time that the confidential investigation information was distributed to media. We call for the responsible in this event.

3. If the prosecutors decide to prosecute or not, we hope that it should base on the law, the reliable evidence, common sense in any circumstance as well and please does avoid any conjecture.

We are following very closely about this case. We & Park SiHoo's fans from more than 176 countries are watching and paying more attention through the justice process in South Korea and we hope that we can have confidence on South Korea's justice system that still trustable and transparency.

Actor Park SiHoo made his name more than 15 years before he became one of South Korea's Hallyu star. But his reputation was destroyed by the police in one night by disclosing his name to the media. He's a South Korean citizen like everyone else in South Korea who supposed to receive the basic human right that said “the person still be innocence until proved guilty ".

What we asking for is the fair game and transparency for this case. Whatever will be the result of this case please acknowledge that this case is watching by million peoples around the world who start doubtful about justice in South Korea is still exist? And it's time to give us a chance to see another light in South Korea's justice system that every South Korean citizen will be protected equally otherwise all million of us will never have confidence to visit South Korea including buy any products from South Korea.  How we can trust you to protect us if you can't even protect the basic right of your own citizen!
