Park Si Hoo side: “Unfounded false theory of the polygraph,” the official position

Actor Park Si Hoo’s defense attorney said it’s all a pack of lies about some media reports of Park Si Hoo’s polygraph.

Park Si Hoo’s law firm PURME said on March 22: “Park Si Hoo’s polygraph shows all those false reports are not true at all.”

Park Si Hoo who was accused of rape took a polygraph on March 13 at the National Institute of Scientific Reseach, along with K who was accused of sexual molestation and A the complainant.

PURME’s reaction: “The source of the article is false. Where it came from we do not know.”

The official results of the investigation are confidential and “it is even difficult for attorneys to access information.” They stress they will respond with a hardline position to the “spread of erroneous opinions.” Also, the news that “next week Park Si Hoo will be remanded to the prosecution is not true at all. Even Western Police Station which is responsible for the incident have yet been decided. Further evidence submitted by the Defense will be further reviewed before a decision is reached.”

Some media on the morning of March 22 reported that Park Si Hoo would be remanded by the prosecution because “his lie detector results came out to be false.”
