In the case of the aspiring actress A accusing Park Si Hoo of sexual assault, A explained that she is not a liar.

A’s attorney Kim Soo Jung confirmed on March 21 that when A was talking with K on Kakao Talk, the police was there at the time. The police said contact with the perpetrators in a natural conversation would help in securing evidence. When A reported the case to the One-Stop Center at Mapo Police Station, she was encouraged by the police to have the Kakao Talk with K. This “pregnancy” conversation was also confirmed by the police at the time.

Some observers speculated that A was a liar. “Because the police know this, so we did not say anything until now. But there are reports that say A is a liar, which is why we have to clarify this is just a misunderstanding,” the attorney said.

A has accused Park Si Hoo of sexually assaulting her at his home on the 15th of last month while she was drunk and also K of indecent assault. Park Si Hoo attended an investigation at the police station and said the truth would be revealed.

Park Si Hoo has sued A and the representative H of his former management company for attempted blackmail and defamation, and H has in turn countersued PSH.

Park Si Hoo, A and K all appeared at the police station on March 13 to take a polygraph, after which they were subjected to a three-party cross-examination.
