A ถอนแจ้งความ PSH ซึ่งตำรวจที่ Western เป็นผู้ประกาศข่าวนี้ออกมาเมื่อวันที่ 10 พ.ค นี้

A ได้เป็นผู้ถอนฟ้องข้อหาข่มขืนต่อ PSH เธอได้ทำการถอนฟ้องอย่างเป็นทางการทั้ง PSH และ K เมื่อวันที่ 9 พ.คที่ผ่านมา ทั้งตำรวจที่สถานี Seoul และ ทางฝ่ายอัยการจะไม่ทำการติดตามคดีนี้อีกต่อไป กับข้อกล่าวหาที่ได้ถูกถอนฟ้องออกไปโดยผู้เจ้าทุกข์เข่นนี้ จึงถือได้ว่านี้เป็นการสิ่้นสุดข้อกล่าวหาในคดีทางเพศต่อ Park Si Hoo

Park Shi Hoo’s troubles started on February 18 when “A” claimed that Park Shi Hoo sexually assaulted her after a night of drinking on February 14. Park Shi Hoo admitted to having sexual relations with “A” but denied the charge of rape.

검찰, 성폭행 혐의 박시후 불기소..A양 고소 취하

연예인 지망생 성폭행 혐의로 피소된 배우 박시후에 대해 검찰이 불기소 처분을 내렸다.

10일 검찰은 "고소한 여성 A씨가 9일 고소 취소장을 제출, 강간죄는 친고죄로 고소 취소장이 접수된 만큼 공소권이 없다"며 불기소 처분 사유를 밝혔다.

박시후 측 관계자는 eNEWS와 가진 전화통화에서 "검찰이 불기소 처분을 내린 것으로 안다"고 말했다.

앞서 박시후와 후배 연기자 K씨는 지난 2월 14일 밤 서울 강남구에 위치한 한 포장마차에서 고소인 A씨와 함께 술을 마신 뒤 15일 오전 의식을 잃은 A씨를 (박시후의) 집으로 데려가 성폭행한 혐의로 고소당했다.
