An actor Park Si Hoo showed his picturesque house to his fans.

Recently Park Si Hoo started communicating his real self to his fans by Twitter. He shared his picture with his kitten and tweeted his everyday life.

Park Si Hoo in the picture showed his daily life that we couldn’t easily see. He wore comfortable clothes and made fun with the kitten “Jami”. And it attracted fans’ attentions.

News 2014 : Actor Park Si Hoo Caught Up in a $283,000 Lawsuit jun2yng March 7, 2014

PSH และ Eyagi ถูกฟัองร่วมกันให้ชดใช้ค่าเสียหายในการมาถ่ายทำละครเพลงในประเทศไทย

Actor Park Shi Hoo has gotten caught up in a 300 million won (approx. $283,000 USD) lawsuit.

On March 7, at a Seoul district court, one Hallyu contents company “A,” Park Shi Hoo and his previous agency Didim531 pleaded their cases. Company “A” having sued both Park Shi Hoo and Didim531 for compensation for a halted project in Thailand.

In September of 2012, Park Shi Hoo started filming a 2 billion won ($1.9 million) budget music drama, but the filming was suspended. Last August, ‘Company A’ sued Park Shi Hoo and his agency at the time, Didim531, for 300 million won (approx. $283,000) in compensation for the aborted project. While the judge residing over the case had suggested a mediation, both sides objected.

March 7, both the plaintiff and defendants were in extremely strong opposition to each other. Park Shi Hoo’s legal representative claimed that there was a lack of a proper contract, that filming was suspended because of problems within the local Thai company, and that because they did not receive their guarantee of 150 million won (approx. $141,500), to be given prior to providing the service agreed upon, they have no obligation to provide compensation for the discontinuation of filming.

However, ‘company A’ retorted that they had a working oral agreement, and that they paid the guarantee of 200,700,000 won (approx. $190,000) that Didim531 had asked for, arguing that the only reason Park Shi Hoo started filming in Thailand to begin with was because there had been an agreement, and why would he have done so otherwise. ‘Company A’ continued, claiming that after the work in Thailand didn’t go as planned, filming was supposed to have been wrapped up in Korea, but giving excuses about having to film for another drama, Park Shi Hoo and Didim531 didn’t follow through.

Both companies requested as witnesses the director from the set in Thailand, as well as the previous president of and an employee from Didim531. Stay tuned for updates on the case.

โดยการแจ้งข้อกล่าวหานั้นได้มีการแจ้งไว้เมื่อวันที่ 7 มีนาคมที่ผ่านมา โดยได้มีการพยายามให้มีการไกล่เกลี่ยกันแล้ว แต่ก็ตกลงกันไม่ได้ โดยทางผ่าย Park Si Hoo และ บริษัทเก่าได้กล่าวว่า เพราะการไปถ่ายทำนั้นไม่ได้มีการเซ็นต์สัญญาอะไรที่แน่ชัดหรือเป็นเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรลงไป และก็ไม่มีการจ่ายเงินล่วงหน้าตามที่ควรเป็นในจำนวนเงิน 150 ล้านวอนตามที่ตกลงกัน และได้มีการหยุดการถ่ายทำเนื่องจากปัญหากับบริษัทท้องถิ่นในประเทศไทยอีกด้วย ดังนั้นจึงไม่มีเหตุผลที่พวกเขา ( ทั้ง PSH และบริษัทเอเย่นต์เดิมของเขาจะต้องมาจ่ายเงินค่าเสียหายใดๆให้ )

ส่วนทางบริษัท A ก็ได้กล่าวว่า แม้จะเป็นสัญญาปากเปล่าก็จริง แต่การที่ Park Si Hoo ได้เดินทางไปที่ประเทศไทยและร่วมถ่ายทำหนังที่นั่น ถ้าไม่ถือว่ามีการตกลงกันเป็นอย่างดีแล้ว เขาจะลงไปถ่ายทำที่ประเทศไทยได้อย่างไร และเมื่อกลับมาก็ควรที่จะมีงานต่อเนื่องให้เสร็จสิ้นไปในประเทศเกาหลี แต่เขาก็อ้างว่าต้องถ่ายทำละคร ( CDDA) จึงไม่สามารถจะทำมันต่อไปจนจบได้

ทั้ง 2 ฝ่ายจึงได้มีการของให้เรียกพยานซึ่งเป็นผู้กำกับขณะที่ไปถ่ายทำที่ประเทศไทยมาเป็นพยาน รวมทั้งประธานบริษัทและลูกจ้างอีกคนหนึ่งของ Didim531 ด้วย กรุณาติดตามเรื่องนี้กันต่อไป

KEMA Frowns On Park Shi Hoo's Comeback

Korean Entertainment Management Association Frowns On Park Shi Hoo's Comeback

While many fans were eager to welcome actor Park Shi Hoo back to dramaland a year after his career-tarnishing scandal, the Korean Entertainment Management Association (KEMA) has no kind words for his comeback.

According to KEMA, it is too soon and the actor has not had enough time to properly reflect on his mistake.

"He created social discomfort and although the case has concluded legally, it hasn't been morally negotiated by society yet," said a KEMA representative. "As a public figure he should have asked for an understanding about his comeback and should have shown signs of reflecting on his past mistakes."

Should the actor not be considered innocent since he was not proven guilty? And what exactly is he guilty of?

Last February a young actress charged the actor with sexual assault. He claimed their relations were consensual but she said she was too drunk to give her consent. There was some evidence that she went home with him willingly and also evidence that she discussed asking him for money. Charges were filed against him but were eventually dropped. The actor filed lawsuits against his accusers that also wound up being dropped. Park Shi Hoo's legal team denied that a financial settlement was made.

The three major Korean television networks did not ban the actor, waiting for the outcome of the court case. But Park Shi Hoo's name was removed from the list of nominees for the Baeksang Awards even though he had not yet been found guilty.

Although the charges were dropped, KEMA wants the actor to reflect on the actions that landed him in this position. But since there are differing opinions on what happened on the night in question what were those actions exactly? Should he not have allowed himself to be put in a potentially compromising situation? Should he not date so casually? Last fall, his agency did apologize for the controversy in a fan cafe post.

The actor, who at the time of the scandal had recently finished the drama "Cheomdamdung Alice," did not work for the rest of last year. He spent some time in the states, before returning to Korea last fall. Then he shot the movie "Scent" in China. He considered taking a role in the drama "Golden Cross" but eventually opted out. He made that decision before KEMA released its statement.

"In the future if something like this should happen again, we suggest sincerely communicating with the public and earning the agreement to be able to be active again," added KEMA.

What's wrong w/his actions? Did KEMA know that one year is long enough? How long that KEMA want to park shi hoo comeback? What's the difference if he comeback now or next year? No differences at all, still we are waiting for park shi hoo no matter what it takes or damn issues he is always our #1 actor in korea we respect him, trust him and most of all we love him...PSH FIGHTING!!!
