MV : Park Si Hoo & HOPE in 2009

ในราวเดือน กันยายน ปี 2009 หลังจากที่ Park Si Hoo เสร็จจากงานละคร Family Honor และก่อนมารับเล่นละคร Prosecutor Princess เขาได้เดินทางไปที่ประเทศ Ivory Coast ในแอฟริกา ซึ่งเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของงานการกุศลของสถานี TV SBS ผู้ผลิต Family Honor ในการช่วยเหลือเด็กที่ยากจนในแอฟริกา

และได้พบกับเด็กชาย Dassie ผู้นี้ ซึ่งมีแขนที่เกือบจะพิการ จากบาดทะยักแต่ไม่ได้รับการรักษาเยียวยาทันท่วงที ทำให้ PSH รู้สึกเสียใจมากที่เขาได้มาพบ Dassie ช้าเกินไป

19 มีนาคม 2010 : รายงานข่าว

แฟนๆของ PSH ได้ร่วมกันบริจาคเงินเพื่อช่วยเหลือในการผ่าตัดเด็กน้อยชาวแอฟริกา " Dassie " ที่ PSH ได้ไปพบที่ประเทศ Ivory Coast

เมื่อวันที่ 19 มีนาคมที่ผ่านมา ทางบริษัทตัวแทนของ PSH ได้กล่าวว่า แฟนๆจากเกาหลี อเมริกา และจีน ได้ร่วมกันบริจาคเงินกว่า 5 ล้านวอน เพื่อเป็นค่าผ่าตัดรักษาแขนให้กับ Dassie เด็กน้อยชาวแอฟริกาผู้นี้

ข่าวล่าสุดการผ่าตัดครั้งแรก ประสพผลสำเร็จด้วยดี

เมื่อปีที่แล้ว PSH ได้เดินทางเป็นอาสาสมัครที่ประเทศ Ivory Coast ในทวีปแอฟริการ่วมกับโครงการณ์ HOPE ที่จัดขึ้นโดย สถานีโทรทัศน์ SBS และ PSH ได้พบ Dassie ซึ่งในช่วงนั้น แขนของ Dassie ที่เป็นแผลติดเชื้อไวรัสซึ่งทำให้มันไร้ประสิทธิภาพเพราะการปล่อยปละไม่รักษาทันท่วงที

หลังจากที่กลับมาเกาหลีแล้ว PSH ได้มีกิจกรรมเรี่ยไรเงินเพื่อช่วยเหลือเป็นค่าผ่าตัดของ Dassie โดยการจัด Fan Meeting และ งานที่มีลักษณะใกล้เคียงกัน โดยแฟนๆของเขาก็ได้เข้ามามีส่วนช่วยรณรงค์และสนับสนุนกิจกรรมเหล่านี้ร่วมกับเขา

Park Si Hoo กล่าวว่า " ผมรู้สึกมันคุ้มค่าจริงๆเมื่อได้ทราบว่า Dassie เพิ่งเสร็จสิ้นการผ่าตัดในครั้งแรกอย่างประสพความสำเร็จด้วยดี และ ผมหวังว่า Dassie จะโตขึ้นมาเป็นเด็กหนุ่มที่แข็งแรง มีสุขภาพที่ดี สดใส และมีความสุข "

* รายละเอียดเพิ่มเติม : ต้องใช้เงินกว่า 20 ล้านวอน ( ประมาณ 600,000 บาท) เป็นค่าใช้จ่ายในการผ่าตัดครั้งนี้ของ Dassie ที่ได้รับเงินบริจาคจาก สถานี SBS บวกกับ 5 ล้านวอน ( 18,000 บาท ) จาก แฟนๆผ่าน psh.com และ แฟนๆทั้งจากเกาหลีและญี่ปุ่นอีก 2 ล้านวอน (60,000 บาท ) และ รายการ HOPE ที่จะรับประกันรายจ่ายทึ่เหลือทั้งหมด
