คำยืนยันจาก อัยการ ว่า Sihoo เป็นผู้บริสุทธิ์จากข้อกล่าวหาทั้งหมดในทางกฎหมาย

Prosecutors’ confirmed Sihoo was innocent in all allegation of the lawsuit
It has been confirmed from Seoul Western District Prosecutors’ Office Detective Part at 22 August that Sihoo was innocent. On March Sihoo has been accused on charges of sexual assault with Miss A. In the same time Sihoo also charged Miss A and Senior B and Mr. Hwang attempted to extortion, defarmation and other propaganda. Hwang counterclaimed alleged Sihoo. After two side between Miss A and Sihoo drop all their cases in lawsuit with unconditionally, Hwang was willing to continue his litigation by asking to Korea Entertainment Association under the Special Organization Ethics Commission Sanction adjustment to resolve the dispute and there was bet arbitration which is currently in progress but for Sihoo and Hwang case’s concluded by the investigation of the prosecutor was completely shut down.
