ประกาศด่วนจากตัวแทนของ Park Sihoo คือ Hoo Factory เมื่อช่วงบ่ายวันนี้ ผ่านทาง คณะกรรมการบริหาร Sihoorang โดยมีเรื่องที่จะแจ้งให้แฟนๆ ทราบว่า การดำเนินคดีทั้งหมดที่เกี่ยวกับ Park Sihoo ได้สิ้นสุดลงอย่างเป็นทางการแล้ว

Dear All Overseas Fans,
RE: CLOSURE OF ALL LEGAL PROCEEDING BY PARK SIHOO
This urgent announcement is from the Park Sihoo’s agency, Hoo Factory this afternoon through the Sihoorang Management Committee.
It is about advising the fans that all the legal proceeding on Park Sihoo is now officially closed.
I am sure you recall the first case being closed on the 10th of May 2013, when the alleged victim decided to drop all the case against Park Sihoo.
Aside from that case, there was the one involving the president from his previous agency.
The Sihoorang Management has received information from that agency this afternoon that Park Sihoo have been proven NOT GUILTY on the case against the owner from the previous agency. I reiterate the announcement from his agency: all the legal proceedings against Park Sihoo are now officially closed.
On behalf of Park Sihoo and his agency, we would like to thank all the overseas fans for standing by him throughout the ordeal and I sympathize with you all for the intense pain it must have caused to all the fans, it has been an arduous five months not only for Park Sihoo but also for his fans as well and I must say that his fans have shown such high integrity and tenuous, just like our beloved actor.
It all goes to show that Park Sihoo’s fandom is strong and alive despite the fence attack on the actor by the media and public and it is a testament to all that in the end justice and the truth prevail.
There will be looking back from now on.
The past will be buried from here on and Park Sihoo and his fans will only focus on the bright future that is upon us.
It is perhaps more important than ever to for his fans to unite in order for the actor to get back on track with his acting and I am sure all of our overseas fans will show the trademark strength and will in supporting him in the years to come.
I realize that you must all be exhausted from months of waiting and uncertainties but the 19th of July, 2013 will be a historical day for Sihoorang and for Park Sihoo.
Once again, we express sincere gratitude to all the fans for their unfailing faith and resilience. We are proud to have you all to be fellow fans of Park Sihoo and we pledge that you stay with Park Sihoo and Sihoorang for many years to come.
Let us show our love and support for him even more than ever by uniting firmly together. Park Sihoo deserves to rise even higher than ever and I am sure you will stay with him through the long journey he will guide us through.
